Wellness By Cindy is dedicated to empowering women to find a healthy path to and through menopause in order to thrive...not just survive! Unfortunately, there is not a lot of good information easily available as to managing of symptoms of menopause. My mission is to educate women regarding methods of balancing hormones, stress management, exercise, sleep, nutrition, digestion, pelvic/bladder health and sexual health to enable women to find better health though menopause and beyond. The transition to menopause can begin as early as 10 years before actual menopause. The healthier that you can be when entering into the transition phase, the more resilient you can be as the shifts in hormones and changes occur.
